Terms & Conditions
By using our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel or programme partner.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or programme when required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Payment Terms
Payments are collected by Thacheri Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. directly and/or through authorized third-party payment gateways. Payments are collected on behalf of the membership programmes managed by the Company.
All transactions are subject to the specific terms of the applicable membership programme. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed through the original mode of payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund (if applicable) must be submitted in writing within 15 days from the date of enrolment.
Refunds are applicable only if no membership benefits have been utilized.
Upon approval, the membership will be terminated permanently.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
