Terms & Conditions
By using our services or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
All services and benefits are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel or programme partner.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or programme at its discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Payment Terms
Payments are collected by Thacheri Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd., either directly or through authorised third-party payment gateways, on behalf of the membership programmes managed by the Company.
All transactions are subject to the specific terms of the applicable membership programme. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original mode of payment only.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund (if applicable) must be submitted in writing within 15 days from the date of enrolment.
Refunds are applicable only if no membership benefits have been utilised.
Upon approval of the refund, the membership shall be permanently terminated.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
